Founded in 1956 by E.J. “Bozo” Delcambre, the restaurant has been a family operation for three generations. Keith Delcambre, the current owner and grandson of Bozo, started working at the family business at just 10 years old. Keith, recently honored as Pascagoula’s Most Outstanding Citizen by the Pascagoula Elks Lodge, is affectionately known along the Gulf Coast as the “King of Crawfish.”
